The Private Health Partnership Ltd (PHP) was voted 'Healthcare Intermediary of the Year' at last night’s national Cover Excellence Awards presented by BBC Breakfast’s Bill Turnbull.

 

Open to all intermediaries across the UK involved with individual or group health insurance, PHP won the award for the effort they showed to truly understand the clients needs; the innovative way in which they sought to address those needs, and as a consequence the unique package they were able to deliver.

 

Paula Aitken, Commercial Manager who received the award on PHP’s behalf said, “The judges were looking for a business that stood out in terms of scale, scope or innovative approach and we are really delighted that our initiative was acknowledged. PHP has always prided itself on the quality of service and independent advice that we give our clients whether they are individuals, families, or companies.

It employs 74 staff and looks after more than 8,000 corporate and company clients, trade associations and individuals with an annual premium income in excess of £40 million.
