• Healthcare Trusts Healthcare trusts differ from a traditional private medical insurance contract in that you do not use the services of an insurance company. Instead of paying premiums, you make regular contributions into your own healthcare trust fund which we can manage on your behalf. You set the rules by deciding what cover you want to offer your employees and the amount you want to pay.
